Welcome
Psychotherapy is a collaborative and evolving process—one that invites us to come home to ourselves with greater honesty, compassion, and curiosity. At its heart, healing is not just about “feeling better,” but about remembering who we truly are and learning how to live in deeper alignment with that truth.
I offer a spiritually-integrated, trauma-informed approach to psychotherapy that honors the fullness of your being: emotional, physical, mental, relational, and spiritual. Whether you're navigating anxiety or depression, grief and loss, a life transition, or the lasting imprint of trauma, I hold space for you to move through what’s difficult and into greater clarity, peace, and connection.
My work is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). These approaches gently support the mind and nervous system in accessing the inner wisdom needed to heal core wounds, release old patterns, and cultivate resilience.
Alongside these clinical tools, I bring a reverence for the spiritual dimension of healing—recognizing that healing is often not linear, but rather cyclical and intuitive. In our work together, we may explore meaning-making, inner guidance, soul themes, or energetic shifts, depending on your interests and comfort level. Whether you identify with a particular spiritual path or not, we will follow what feels authentic and supportive for you.
As both a therapist and someone who personally values and participates in therapy, I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported in the therapeutic relationship. I prioritize creating a space that is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and deeply attuned to your pace and needs. Building trust together is essential—and I take that privilege seriously.
