Healing is Possible

And you don’t have to do it alone

EMDR-informed, IFS-informed, and trauma-focused therapy for adults navigating anxiety, grief, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and the lasting impacts of trauma available in Buffalo and online throughout New York State.

Welcome! You may be carrying pain that’s difficult to name such as patterns that feel stuck, memories that resurface without warning, or a sense that something essential has been missing for a long time. You may have already spent years doing personal work through therapy, mindfulness, self-development, or even psychedelic experiences, yet still find yourself longing for something deeper, more integrated, and more aligned.

I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and psychedelic integration therapy for adults seeking meaningful and lasting change. My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic and nervous system approaches, relational psychotherapy, and deeper meaning-making to support healing at both the emotional and physiological level.

Together, we’ll explore the roots of trauma, the protective adaptations that once helped you survive, and the parts of you that long for greater peace, authenticity, connection, and self-trust.

Whether we are working through traditional psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, or psychedelic integration, my approach is grounded in compassion, neuroscience, and deep respect for the wisdom of the psyche and body. I strive to create a space where healing can unfold at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and sustainable.

You may resonate with this work if you are looking for a therapist who:

  • Integrates EMDR, IFS, somatic, and relational approaches

  • Understands how trauma lives in the nervous system and body

  • Offers grounded support for psychedelic integration and expanded states of consciousness

  • Honors both evidence-based practice and deeper meaning-making

  • Sees your wholeness, not just your wounds

if this speaks to you…you’re in the right place.
